The “General Settings” section is designed for configuring the primary parameters of the widget. It is divided into the following sub-sections: General, Theme, Tabs, Typography, and Advanced.
General
In this section, you have the option to upload your logo, choose the logo style (such as rounded or circular), adjust the chat box’s width and height, and toggle the visibility of the branding line at the bottom of the widget.
You can customize the width and height for both the normal and expanded views. However, keep in mind that the expanded view is exclusive to the Knowledge Base page.
Theme
In this section, you can select a color theme for the widget, adjust the elevation level (shadow), and set the border radius for the chatbox.
Currently, you can select from a range of pre-set color themes. Customization options for these themes will be available in the future.
Tabs
In the “Tabs” section, you can customize the layout of the widget’s bottom navigation tabs, adjusting the elevation level, as well as the font size and weight of the tab labels.
Typography
In this section, you can customize the font size and weight for various typography elements, including labels and headers.
Advanced
In the advanced section, you have the option to personalize the widget using custom CSS rules.
