Connecting Facebook Messenger requires administrative access to the Facebook page in question. Only admins or owners of the page can establish this connection. If you meet these criteria, you should be able to successfully integrate Facebook Messenger.
To connect Facebook Messenger to our omnichannel inbox, follow these steps:
- Navigate to https://app.findallchat.com/settings/live-chat-integrations
- Click on the “Add” button
- Select “Messenger”
- Login with your Facebook account
- During the Facebook oAuth dialog, select the page you want to connect to the omnichannel inbox
- In the final step confirm the page selection
This process will integrate Facebook Messenger with our omnichannel inbox, allowing you to manage all your messages from one centralized platform.
