Please be aware that only Business Instagram accounts can be connected. Personal accounts are not eligible for connection.
To connect Instagram Messenger to our omnichannel inbox, follow these steps:
- Navigate to https://app.findallchat.com/settings/live-chat-integrations
- Click on the “Add” button
- Select “Instagram”
- Login with your Instagram account
- Confirm the connection
This process will integrate Instagram Messenger with our omnichannel inbox, allowing you to manage all your messages from one centralized platform.
