Currently, you can integrate the following channels into the chat flows:
- Built-in live chat
- Telegram bot
- WhatsApp number (connected via QR code)
Currently, we are working to expand that list and include all possible platforms and channels.
For instance, Telegram and WhatsApp are unable to manage certain widget-related events, such as “Chat window opened,” “Chat window closed,” and “Before starting a new thread.”
Connect a live chat widget
To connect the built-in live chat widget to the chat flow, click on the three-dot menu and choose “Connect LiveChat widget.” In the subsequent dialog box, select the widget you wish to connect, enter the bot’s name, and set the bot’s picture.
Please note that a widget can only be connected to one chat flow at a time.
Connect a Telegram bot
To link the Telegram bot to the chat flow, click on the three-dot menu and select “Connect Telegram”. In the following dialog, enter a bot token. The remaining fields are optional. You can configure all the details of your bot using @botFather.
Connect a WhatsApp number
Currently you can only connect WhatsApp number that integrated to Anychat with QR code. To do this, click the three-dot menu and select “Connect WhatsApp.” In the subsequent dialog, choose the WhatsApp number you wish to connect, and then set the bot’s name and image.
