Create chat flow template

If you’ve created a chat flow, you can easily convert it into a template. Simply click the three-dot menu on the chat flow you want to transform, then enter a Name and Description for the new template. Next, select the access level from the following options:

  • Team: Only your team will have access to this template.
  • Agency: Both your team and agency clients will have access to this template.

Once you have created a new chat flow template, both your team and agency clients (depending on the access level you set) will be able to use it to develop their own chat flows.
