Before adding the Tawk.to channel to your multichannel widget, you must input the Tawk.to integration details. Please follow these steps:
- Login to Tawk.to dashboard using your email and password.
- Navigate to the Administration section.
- Copy Property ID.
- Open FindAllChat Settings / LiveChats section.
- Click the Settings button in the Tawk.to section.
- Paste your Property ID.
- Go back to the Tawk.to dashboard settings.
- Select the Channels / Chat widget section.
- Copy the Widget ID value.
- Go back to the FindAllChat settings.
- Paste Widget ID.
- Check the option “Enabled”.
- Save the settings.
After configuring the Tawk.to integration, you can incorporate the Tawk.to chat widget into your multichannel widget. Follow these steps:
- Navigate to Settings / Channels.
- Choose a widget where you want to add the Tawk.to channel.
- Enter a title and subtitle (optionally) for the menu item.
- In the Action dropdown, select Tawk.to.
- On the Customization tab, choose the icon and its color.
- Save the channel.
