The launcher configuration is specifically designed to set up the primary widget launcher, which includes the floating button.
General
In this section, you have the option to customize the launcher’s layout. You can select the icon and title, adjust the font size, modify the launcher and icon sizes, and set the border radius and elevation.
Position
In this section, you have the option to select the launcher’s position and adjust the X and Y offsets.
Advanced
In the advanced section, you have the ability to manage various launcher features and customize its behavior.
Hide Launcher
This feature allows you to fully conceal the launch button from the page. It is particularly useful if you plan to implement a custom launcher for the widget.
Persistent Launcher
When this option is enabled, the launcher will remain visible on the page even when the widget is open.
Delay script loading
This feature enables you to postpone the loading of the widget’s primary script. Be aware that this may affect event tracking and analytics since events can only be monitored once the main script is fully loaded.
Delay Launcher
The Delay Launcher feature enables you to display the launcher after a set period. While it does not postpone the loading of the script, it does delay when the launcher becomes visible.
Show online notifications
This feature transforms the launcher into an online counter notification, displaying the number of visitors currently on your website. You can also set a specific timeframe for this notification to appear, ensuring it doesn’t inconvenience your visitors.
Show unread messages
When this feature is activated, visitors will be able to view incoming messages even if the widget is minimized.
