The first option involves scanning a QR code with your WhatsApp mobile app. This method works for both regular and business WhatsApp accounts. By using this approach, you can easily synchronize all existing WhatsApp conversations and track incoming messages.
Connect with the official WhatsApp API
This method is significantly more complex. To connect, you must have the Facebook app with approved permissions (advanced access):
