To transfer the widget to a different account or workspace, follow these steps:
- Navigate to Settings / Widgets page.
- Choose a widget you want to transfer.
- Click the three-dot menu and select Transfer item.
- In the next dialog select the target account
- Next, choose the desired workspace. Alternatively, you can create a new workspace by selecting the Create new workspace option.
- You can then choose to optionally delete the existing widget data. This will remove all associated data, such as conversations and contacts. Otherwise, the data will be transferred to the selected account or workspace.
- Click the Confirm button.
